The Fun of Early Morning Runs is The Busy Ass Day That Follows

Up at 450am….ok, 5:15, on the trails by 6, back in the truck 3 miles and 34:15 minutes later, showered and into work by 8.  The rest of the day went just like that. Project. Deadline. Project. After an Experiment in Fat and Lazy, It’s time to return to what’s good.
