Evening 5k. A damn fat, slow 5k. 

I’m not as dark about it as the headline reads. But I did feel pretty sluggish.. but the next few runs are all just cleaning up the cob webs.  I like running in my city. The pants don’t fit anymore and the “Truffle Shuffle” happens when we scuttle. SO, it’s time to get back to the woods, on the trails, back to whats good.
