The Fun of Early Morning Runs is The Busy Ass Day That Follows

Up at 450am….ok, 5:15, on the trails by 6, back in the truck 3 miles and 34:15 minutes later, showered and into work by 8.  The rest of the day went just like that. Project. Deadline. Project.
